Dear Fellow Bookworms,
Books are my passion! One evening while putting my little Bookworm's books back on their shelf I found myself admiring the wonderful treasures spread all over the floor. Gazing at their beauty, absorbing the energy of the words across their covers, I reminisced about the memories these books held, from my own adventures through them as a young Bookworm, to revisiting them as a mother reading them to my own children, and my joy the first time my CHILDREN were able to read back to ME. As the last literary gem was set upon its shelf again, I thought, "books should be given as a gift more often." So began Bookworm Baskets.
Bookworm Baskets has allowed me to combine my first passion, books, with my second...Baskets! I LOVE baskets, using and reusing them for everything. We have baskets of books, toys, magazine and much more throughout our home. The wonderful thing about baskets is the fact that you can use them for so many things. At Bookworm Baskets we're making our commitment to "Go Green." Not only by using reusable baskets, we're also using BIOFOAM, which is 100% biodegradable packing "peanuts," all recycled corrugated cartons for shipping, and paperless communication with venders and customers whenever possible. We're also working on offering environmentally friendly toys, clothing and other items to our design collections.
So what better way to enhance the enjoyment of a special book then with an adorable matching stuffed toy, a cuddley blanket or a soothing cup of herbal tea. So as you see, at Bookworm Baskets the book is only just the beginning and the gift of a good book is a gift that never stops giving, a treasure forever.
